Cruise - Day 1
|
The following entries about the cruise were written several months after the cruise. All the details are a collaboration on the parts of all of us that went together. Some things may have been left out, but as much as possible was included. Enjoy!!!!

Friday
After packing and rushing to get everything ready and together, we (Stephen, Tyler, John and I) loaded up Stephen's car for the long ride to Tampa. The trunk was completely full and we had to place several bags in the back seat as well.
Right out of Atlanta, we hit horrible traffic. We all got that sinking feeling of how long the ride would be. Traffic, however, cleared up and the rest of the ride was smooth sailing. I was bestowed with the honor of being the only other individual allowed to drive Stephen's car. Tyler said he was able and wanted to, but Stephen thought better of it.
We arrived at Jon Jones' apartment around 10pm, having made good time. We climbed the stairs to his apartment and three of us were attacked when a small frog jumped and rebounded off of us. After recovering from our amphibian assault, we left with Jon to partake in some socializing at the Tampa Ale House. While there we determined that the 'Wild Turkey' was a beverage that sucked (according to John, who had his first and last that night). John also had his 1st Guinnis there, having been more manly than Tyler, who backed out of ordering one.
I drove Jon's car back to his place (the long "scenic" ) way. Once we arrived, we had a good laugh defining R.B.B., talking about biache', and just being ready for the cruise.
Then we slumbered.

Cruise - Day 2
|
This one is a long one. The fun begins and we learn the joy that is 'The Sensation' Click here to see the Cruise pictures
Saturday
John and I woke up early to go get water for the cruise. When we got back, we all spent time re-cleaning our shampoo bottles. Despite the continued smell of shampoo, we began to fill up our bottles. We had two bottles of Ezra Brooks, 4 personal water bottles of Coconut Rum. A head and shoulders bottle of Jager. We put more food coloring in the scope bottle to make everything appear kosher. All of that preparation must have taken at least an hour and a half, more than enough time for each of us to take a shower.
The four of us and Jon Jones drove to eat some lunch before we headed out. We met Melissa (b) and joined up with Chris Henard and Molly (Chris' fiance' ). Melissa was great fun to talk to and was a good sport about all the jokes we cracked on Jon and with Jon.
The peaceful bliss of the lunch was almost destroyed when we discovered that Chris and Molly were going to leave, pack and go to the dock to get tickets to get on the boat. Chris was sure that there would be discount tickets for ~$100. We didn't know what to do. This trip had been crafted for months and now we were being faced with a catastrophe. An engaged couple that we knew on our cruise would totally have blown. And now it looked like it was going to happen that way.
Chris and Molly left and we took off shortly thereafter. We thanked Jon and headed to the dock. We didn't have trouble getting there and checking our bags was a breeze. It was then that we first saw Stingrays (a family I will describe later). We headed through security (much like boarding a plane at the airport. We went through the metal detector and x-ray machine. When we put the 2 liters of Coke through the security guard says: "what you need to do is poor half that coke out and fill it with Jack!" We all laughed, but we still don't know if he was serious or just kidding. Either way, we proceeded through with our coke and "water" and got our "Sign 'n Sail" cards (credit cards for the boat).
It was while we were doing this that we made two of our first sightings. We saw the body builder and his wife. And we saw our dawgs....two good ol' boys with huge belt buckles, tight jeans and cowboy hats. We also noted that there was an awful lot of 'water' being taken onto the boat.
We walked into the ship that would be our home for the next 5 days and proceeded to unpack our things in our new residence, M91 . Our pre-planned strategy of allowing our sea legs to form was quickly abandoned. The discovery of 'crum' (coconut rum) was very nice as we had our first taste of our stash.
We left the room and headed to the Seaside Cafe to get a bite to eat. While we were in line, Tyler met someone that he knew from App State. John and Tyler purchased girly drinks to commemorate the departure. We all ate our food and then went top deck to watch the ship leave dock.
While wandering around, we spotted Charles, Nick, Joe and Arnold. They were the other group that we knew would be going. John knew Charles from class and they seemed like fun guys during our brief introduction.
We went back to our room to await our scheduled dinner time. In the down time, Tyler did his first solo-wandering. One moment he was there, the next, he wasn't. He didn't say where he was going or event that he was going. The solo wanderings turned out to yield some of the most amazing times we had.
T-Low comes back and says that he met 4 chicks. This is how he said it went down. He says he was walking around and the M80 girls (as we called them) stopped tyler and asked him if he had any pot. He said no and asked if they had any, to which they said they didn't either. What happened after that wasn't much, but he came back with their names (Amy, Ginger, Bethany, and Amanda). He said we were picking them up for dinner.
We got ready (busness attire) and walked over to their room, making sure to nigga knock M65 (the girls down the way) on our way over. We met M80 and, after waiting forever for them to get ready, we walked with them to dinner.
We couldn't sit with them because everyone had assigned seating. We were seated at table 164 and that was the first time we met George the Greek. OHPA!! We also met our waters, Vitti and Dio. We were seated at a table of 10 people, however, when we arrived, there was no-one else sitting there. Behind us there was a table that seated 7 and only 3 of that tables' occupants were there and they just happened to be cute girls. Stephen and John prompted Tyler to go and ask them to come over and sit with us. Tyler used this classic line "so, we're alone and you're alone, if you want to join us for dinner...that's cool" They said that they wanted to, however Dio wouldn't let us since we had assigned seats. We did talk to them, however, and found out that two of them (Wallis and Paige) went to Yale and the third (Allison) went to Duke. Since we had just defeated duke the week before, we couldn't help ragging on Allison a little and we said that we should all try to watch the Duke v. UNC game on the ship if we could find it.
It wasn't long thereafter that the other 4 people at their table showed up. At least one of them, we found out, went to Emory. We ate the rest of our dinner party. Amy and Ginger stopped by and we all coordinated getting together after dinner. We finished eating and left back for M80. While we were there, we met the random drunk guy with the black eye. He was all about talking to us and just chillin'. He introduced me as his buddy to his other friend, only moments after we started talking and it seemed that he was locked out of his room.
We all (M80 and M91) headed upstairs to see what's going on. Our first stop is the casino. Stephen begins to play blackjack and Tyler (who was a little out of it) decided to get $40 worth of chips to play craps. I asked Tyler what happened and why he didn't have his chips. He thought that he lost them already, but we realize that he hadn't signed his receipt for them yet. I tell him that he doesn't need to be playing in his state and he tells the dealer that he doesn't want them any more. She says that he has to sign, so he does. I immediately take away his chips since he wasn't coherent enough to play tic-tac-toe let alone craps.
Tyler goes off to dance with the M80 girls while John watches Stephen make $45 at blackjack. During that time, while Tyler and I are dancing with Amy and Ginger, Amy begins to dance with Bethany. I saw her pull her skirt up, seductively, but her back was turned to me, so I thought nothing of it. But I saw the people at the bar. When Amy did her little skirt move, they all had a shocked look on their face, like she hiked her skirt up a little too much. Immediately, security came and told Amy she couldn't dance any more. Ginger and her then left to go put some pants on her. Tyler and I didn't need much more convincing that the M80 girls were a little too slutty for our tastes. The four of us got back toghether and headed down to watch the karaoke show.
The karaoke show (which went on every night) was hosted by a man-woman. A black chick that we were split 50/50 about whether he/she was a girl or a guy. The show pretty much blew, except for one guy who's name was 'hot pants'. He went on stage and didn't sing one bit. He drank his beer and then crushed the can. Then, he pulled another beer from his back pocket and drank that one too. He gave a shout-out to everyone with shampoo bottles and that was it.
Behind us were two hot chicks sitting by themselves. Tyler says to me..."let's go". I fake like I was going to go too and tyler walks up before he realizes I'm not there. He say "I think I've lost my wingman". John and Tyler end up talking to the girls, Lauren and Dana from North Carolina, there is more to say about them, but I'll let the story unfold in due time.
Us guys left karaoke and headed to Kaleidoscope, the club on the boat. As we were going in, I spotted the Yale group again. We all got jiggy with it and had some drinks at the bar before we all called it a night.
The last thing that we remember happening that first day was seeing Amy making out with 'Mike' in the hallway....skanky or what.

Cruise - Day 3
|
Our first full day on the boat. Let the sun shine down. Click here to see the Cruise pictures
Sunday
On Sunday, I woke up before everyone else so that I could go and get a workout in. I went to the top deck and ran 5k on the small track they have on the boat. To do the 3.2 miles, I had to run 35 laps. Talk about mind numbing. I saw the Yale chicks sunning themselves and said hey as I made my laps. I did some weights and then went back down to wake the boyz up.
We went to the top deck to chill some after breakfast. On the way there, we ran into Charles and he tells us that they met some chicks from North Carolina. It just so happens that they met Lauren and Dana too. We continued on and found a place where we could get a little sun and just chilled for a little bit.
Tyler and Stephen go to get the first 2 pictures of the bet with Lauren and Dana. While they are gone, John and I sit by the back pool next to two hot chicks. I begin our conversation with Sarah and Stephanie by asking how old they thought the boat was. Stephanie was crazy and knew the year the boat was built in. From there we had a nice conversation while passing the time waiting on Tyler and Stephen. Tyler and Stephen bring John and I some drinks and then go back to chill with Lauren and Dana. While John and I are back in the room, Tyler and Stephen partake in the water slide and find out that Lauren and Dana are 'good clean girls' having only devotionals to read.
John and I went to the room and I grabbed my camera so that I could take some pictures of the boat. It was while I was doing this that I came upon an interesting sight. As the ship moves through the water, it moves through schools of flying fish, when it does this, the fish get out of the way by jumping out of the water and gliding about 150 feet away to safety. I was lucky enough to snap off some shots and several other people were taking pictures like I was. Unfortunately, I was the only one from our group to see this, so this picture is proof that it happened guys.
I arrived back in the room, where one of us (no names) decides he has to clean out his guts. After which we begin to get ready for the formal dinner and the cocktail party beforehand. We all dressed our best and headed out to get the free beverages.
This is how it went down at the cocktail party. We got there and I had a Champaign. The other guys had an assortment of beverages. Tyler and I head down to see if we can get some girls up on stage to dance. Right as Stephen bets John that Tyler and I would get on stage, we do, we had asked two girls to dance with us to some slow song. I don't even remember the name of the girl I danced with, but it was fun. After the song everyone is leaving the stage when some really old lady stops Tyler and asks him to dance with her the next song ( a swing song I think ).
On the way back to John and Stephen, Tyler and I meet the Yale chicks. We all sit together, however they were too late for the drinks. We waited till dinner time, then we got in line to eat. It was while we were in line that Tyler spotted an older man with a Bow Tie on to which he made the astute observation of "Lookin' sharp buddy". The man turned out to be a college professor from somewhere in New York.
The Yale girls decided that we should try to sit together again. Allison and I made a joint effort to convince George the Greek ( Ohpa!!! ) to let us sit together. George reluctantly says ok and the girls are moved to our table. We totally HOED-OUT the emory guys. We stole their company and for the rest of the time they had to eat alone.
Our meal that night, being formal night and all, was no less than fabulous. We ordered 2 bottles of wine. The first being Pinot Girsio and the second was Flume' Blanc. We split the bottles with our new guests and the other 4 people that decided to arrive for dinner that night. The main course was lobster. Tyler had 1 lobster. John and Stephen had 2 lobster and I had 3 lovely lobsters.
I ran to the 2nd cocktail party to get drinks for the ladies since they missed out the first time. I brought back a Manhattan that no-one would drink, so I had to man-up and down it myself. It was neither good, nor bad, just strong. We ate our desert and headed down to the evening show.
The show was a horribly tacky musical with Madonna's Holliday and songs like Yankee Doodle and Thriller. The fun part about that was that we were all a little rowdy and at one point Tyler danced on the table. We all ordered some refreshments before we headed off to Kaleidoscope to dance some more.
At some point team Yale and Stephen and I went to the comedy show. It sucked big time. Probably the worst time we had there. But we did almost see two guys get into a fight. That was almost cool. We all went back and danced again and (to make Allison happy) we got Stephen's CD that he burned for the cruise and gave it to the DJ so that he could play Yeah by Usher. We took that CD to him every night after that and were always like..."that's our CD...the DJ is playing our junk" it was incredible. YEEEESSSS!!!!
We went and had some pizza before we called it a night. The last thing to mention was the drunk guy that rode the elevator down with us. He didn't know where he was or where he wanted to go and Paige says he was rubbing all over her, but it must have been subtle, 'cause no one else seems to remember.
Then we slept.

Cruise - Day 4
|
We finally get to our first destination. Foreign travel is always exciting. Click here to see the Grand Caman pictures
Monday
We woke up at 7:15 so that we could depart on time for our first stop, the Grand Caymans. All four of us went to the dining hall before we left and had a great breakfast served up by Dio.
After we were ferried to shore, we were faced with the decision of what to do. We hadn't really planned anything and were just going to go with the flow. The dock area was chaos. Everyone was meeting up with their tour groups to go do their particular adventures.
We decided that a trip to pet the stingrays would be about the coolest thing we could do with our time. We gave our money to a very sketchy lady and waited for our buss to arrive.
The buss ride, like so many other things, was not without it's share of stories. We were all informed that it would be an 8-10 minute buss ride to the boat, so we had better go to the bathroom now. That seemed like really silly advice at the time and we had a good laugh about it. We boarded the buss and noticed right away that the Emory guys were on there too. We didn't know what the feelings were between us and them, but we still thought they were tools. Tyler met a chick from Michigan who he said "had the worst accent ever". I listened to music while Tyler talked to the chick from Michigan and John talked to a guy from Spartanburg.
After the ride we arrived at our destination. The home port of the 'Happy-D'. The Happy-D was to take us out to the sand bar where the Stingrays met. The ride was about an hour long at least and boring as sin. Even though she looks fast, the Happy-D is actually built more for power than speed. For our luxury on the ride, we had a scary toilet in the front of the boat and a cooler filled with refreshments (a.k.a. a 2 liter of coke). There were about 25-30 of us on the boat, half stayed on top and half on the main deck.
After our ride, we joined every other ship at the sandbar. After an extensive safety lesson (don't step on them) we were sent into the water with the stingrays. It was great!!!! Some of them are huge, probably 4'-5' across, but they are gentle. We could pet them and swim with them and they never bothered us. Most of the chicks were wiggin' whenever one came by. Our tour guide had no problem wrestling them and picking them up out of the water. He did this even with the rays protesting the treatment. John went back to the boat to get our underwater camera and while climbing out, he hit his head and did not regain his desire to swim for the rest of the trip.
We eventually left the sand bar and headed over to the coral reef. Despite how poor quality the reef was, there were plenty of fish to swim with. We swam there for 20 min before being ferried back to shore. The ride back was even more boring than the ride out. The only thing that happened other than me catching a few Z's was when our guide dropped the 2 liter of coke and it sprayed everywhere, a 8' high fountain of coke that got over the roof, the floor, people near by, everything. It was the only distraction from the boredom.
We arrived in port and everyone got off the boat. While we were waiting for the buss to come back for us, one of the guys from the Emory group came up to us and asked us if we were from Atlanta. We told him that we were and he said he went to Emory. Stephen then comes up with the genius line of "So, are you guys on the sensation?", yeah, like we didn't know.
The buss arrived and Tyler and I learn the meaning of 8-10 minute buss ride. We both had to pee so bad and that old 1980's school buss had the worst shocks ever. The long wait at the pier was overshadowed by our ride back to the Sensation. Our ferry driver was the fastest, craziest driver out there he had us back to the Sensation in 1/2 the time it took to get from there that morning.
Once we boarded the boat, we headed to the Seaside Cafe for a late lunch. From there we went back to our room where another of the towel-art animal awaited our return. We watched 'Stuck on You' and we all did some hard-core sleeping to regain our energy. Tyler and I decide to walk around before dinner and we ran into Paige, one of the Yale girls. We discussed the possibility of playing some drinking games that night. I was feeling bad about how badly we hoed-out the Emory guys and suggested that maybe the girls should sit with them again, but Paige was vehemently opposed to that idea. Apparently we were just too much fun.
That night, at dinner, the waiting staff entertained us by dancing. Dio enjoyed himself maybe a little too much because he got freak nasty with both Wallis and a pole. Most of that was a blur because we all got swept up in the conga line that formed around the dining hall. During the conga line we did notice Bethany (from M80) doing a table dance for George the Greek. Ohpa!!!!!
The guys and I headed back to our room to pre-game before the nights festivities. I had gone to the cafe to get some lemonade (everything goes with lemonade) and while I was back there I was wondering how fast we were going and needed to know how long the boat was to calculate that. Upon my arrival in the room again I promptly called information and asked them "how long is the boat." Everyone else was puzzled by my random question because they had no clue what I was thinking. Then Tyler and I went to get some more lemonade and punch for the room. On our way back, we rode the elevator with a group of guys who were a little tipsy. On one of the stops the elevator made, they yelled out to a girl, "we're going down.....I'll go down on ya"....no shame.
When we got back, the party began. We played shoulders, asshole, and kings. We made our first room service order and, when it arrived, it was accompanied by a warning from security that we were being too loud. We all agreed that we should try to see the next comedian (who was much better), however, on the way there we detoured into Kaleidoscope where we once again carried the party with our Yeah CD.
After breaking it down for a while, John went to bed while Tyler, Stephen and I went to get some late night pizza. When we were up there, Tyler got the great idea to see how far a cup would fly off the top of the boat. We still don't know how far it went, but it was fun to watch it sail away. Then we all retired to the room to sleep.

Cruise - Day 5
|
We stop in Cozumel and have a great time!!! Click here to see the Cozumel pictures
Tuesday
After the night before, we had to fight to wake up at 10:30 to get breakfast before heading ashore. During the night we had docked in Cozumel, Mexico. We had already planned what we wanted to do while here. We headed straight away to rent mopeds to drive around for the day. We found the closest shop and each paid over $50 for the day's rental plus gas and insurance. We had free use of the mopeds from 11:30 - 4:30, so a good 6 hours to ride around and make up for the 0 hours of instructions we were given on how to ride them.
We started off towards town, something that scared the crap out of me. Traffic didn't care one bit if we knew how to ride the mopeds or not. About a mile north of the shop, we pulled off to discuss something. It was there that I wiped out not only once, but twice. The first time I gave the bike too much gas and went over a curb into some bushes. The 2nd was right after and the bike fell over. Man was I pissed, I was scared and angry because I felt like I had a good shot of dying if we headed towards town. So, we headed the other way.
We drove towards where the maps said there were Mayan ruins; all we saw when we got there was a dirty little town with lots of lizards sunning themselves and lots of crap in the streets. The most annoying part was probably just that the blinkers on the bikes seriously sucked. They would always be on even if the were in 'off' mode.
We left the town and headed towards the East coast of the island. We started out following 4 girls riding 2 mopeds, but the left us in the dust. My moped, along with Tyler's and Stephen's, topped out at 80 km/h. John's, however got up to 100 km/h. After about 15 min of riding, we noticed that the girls ahead had stopped to talk to someone in a car. What we realized right after that was that only two of the girls were talking. The other two were walking out from the bushes on the side of the road. Their moped lost control and they went off the road. We all stopped to assess the damage, first to the girls then to the bike.
One of the girls was scratched up a little. She was walking around in a frenzy and was just scared from what had happened. The other girl, however was slow and shocked. She had a scraped up back, a cut lip and blood on her thighs. She probably had a concussion from the accident.
The other car had called for an ambulance and we waited till it arrived. We got towels and water to help the girls and tried to be the non panicked ones. Once the ambulance arrived, we made sure we knew where it was going and made sure the 2 other girls knew where to go and what to do. They had not paid for insurance and would probably have to pay for the moped that was pretty bent up. We found out that they were on the Sensation as well and we made sure they knew where to find their friends. Everything turned out fine and we saw them later on the boat. None of the injuries were serious and they lived to share the tale.
We continued on from there to the south east end of the island where we made our first stop at the Paradise Cafe. The Paradise Cafe is a small bar right on the beach. There are about 12 tables, 1/2 are on the beach, the others are inside. There were hammocks, no walls and the most perfect weather. The guys ordered cokes and drank them while we watched the ocean. I grabbed some dead Corona bottles so that John and I could pose for Corona pictures on the beach. Then I rested in a hammock while John and Stephen Walked along the beach and Tyler got another picture out of the way for the bet. We also saw a strange sight, a cat on the beach...that doesn't happen every day.
As Stephen goes up to pay for the cokes, his eyes fall upon 8 naked breasts. Only after recovering from the shock does he realize that the 4 pairs of boobs belong to the M80 chicks. They had just pulled in and were taking body shots off of the bartender and Amy even felt the need to make out with him. We felt that our time there was up and continued north.
The drive along the coast was incredible, to our left was a flat dessert-like scene and to our right was the beach and the ocean. Stephen and I were lost in the scenery when a car passed us and said that we lost our other two members about 2 miles back. Stephen and I turned around and met back up with Tyler and John outside of the Buena Vista Horse Ranch. Tyler's moped had just stopped and seemed to have some electrical problem because it wouldn't start up again. We were lucky enough to flag down a police cruiser. The officer tried to start the moped and was unsuccessful as well. He told us to leave the bike there and he wrote us a note explaining our situation. I'm sure that everyone who rode by thought that we were getting a ticket (stupid American kids).
We continued on with three bikes, John and Tyler doubling up. A short ways away, we came along some guys on the beach-side of the road who had a jeep stuck in the sand. We pulled over and helped them push it out, a disappointment because I think that they went to UGA.
We arrived at the North-Eastern point of the island loop, we were flagged down by a salute from a puppet penis on a puppet iguana, the mascot of a bar named "Senior Iguanas". The results when we did the penis salute were not as effective, so we went inside to take another break. We enjoyed some great chips and salsa (authentic Mexican salsa is the way to go). To wash down the chips, we enjoyed some Coronas. From there, we went T-Shirt shopping. While the deals were great, the selection wasn't. After leading the salesman on for about 5 minutes, we ended up leaving, even when he cut the price of a hammock down to like 15% of what he was initially charging.
We headed back to town. While going through town to get back to the moped shop, we located the places we wanted to see that night, Senior Frogs and Carlos 'n Charlie's. We arrived uneventfully at the moped rental shop and decided to kill the remaining hour we had riding around town. But before we did that we decided to get John another moped and to explain to the owners what had happened to their missing moped.
It was right as we were heading out that John started heading towards town and wiped out as he applied the gas. His bike did a little spin-out and he fell over in the street. He was more than lucky that cars weren't coming as he did that. He did, however, manage to wipe out right in front of the rental shop. The owners made sure to really check out his bike when we brought them back in. After he recovered, we just spent the last 45 min or so of our rental driving back up to town and cruising around. We returned to the moped rental shop for the last time and dropped off the bikes.
We walked back to the peer where the Sensation was docked. We went aboard to change and shower before heading out again for dinner. It felt good to get some of the sweat off, it was amazing how much sun you get just riding around. The wind cools you off so you don't even feel the sun pounding down on you.
The four of us jumped in a Taxi and headed to Senior Frogs. On the way Tyler attempted to make small talk with the cab driver, but he only seemed to offend him with his bad spanish.
There was no wait to be seated at Senior Frogs, in fact it wasn't very busy at all. There were people in there, but not enough for how large of a place it was. We ordered our food and watched as some other groups were participating in dancing contests on stage.
Before dinner arrived, John and I headed down to the dock across the street to watch the sunset. I'm not ashamed to say that we had a moment there. Seeing that big red ball sink below the horizon was perfect. When we went back to the restaurant to eat our food. Stephen, Tyler and I had some great amazing Mexican food, but John pooned out and had a burger. It was around that time that we experienced how to take a shot in Mexico:
| There is this chick who walks around with a bottle of tequila mix. When you flag her over, she fills up a shot glass and does the following routine: | | 1.) | Blows a whistle | | 2.) | She puts the glass to your lips and tilts your head back | | 3.) | She shakes your head | | 4.) | pinches your ears, node and nipples (in that order) | | 5.) | smacks your butt | | 6.) | then 'checks your manhood' (juggles your boobs if you are a chick) |
That was sure an experience. We went downstairs after dinner and met up with Allison, Wallis and Paige at Carlos 'n Charlies. We all stayed there and danced in the packed-out dance floor. We saw Lauren, one of the 'good girls' from North Carolina, totally making-out with some dude on the dance floor. We also got Allison a shot and watched as she was totally embarrassed by the whole boob-juggling thing. Several of us had these huge long-necked margaritas that were overpriced, but sure had a lot to drink in them. By the time we left, Wallis was 'Shatunked'.
The ladies went out to flag down a cab while we all bought shirts from Carlos 'n Charlie's. Tyler ran ahead to get a shirt at Senior Frogs and Stephen and I went to the cab while John went to get Tyler back. While we waited in the cab, two guys who were on the Sensation asked to ride with us. They jumped in and were pretty drunk. One of them, Tom, went to U.F. and the other, Jonathan, went to FSU. Jonathan kept asking why we were waiting and when I told him we were waiting on Tyler he was like..."I'll get him, I'll go back into the club...I'll get him!". Even though he had no clue who Tyler was.
I ran in and grabbed both John and Tyler so that we would make it back to the boat in time. We all headed out, all 9 of us in the van and it was a great ride back, we all argued with one another about who's school was best, FSU, Duke, UF, Tech and Yale, mostly arguing about athletic programs.
We got back and Jonathan was trying to mack on Paige hard core. He said that he was 21, but I asked someone that he met at the pier and she confessed that he was (mabye) 19...yeah, like we couldn't tell.
We all got on the boat without any trouble and I went and chilled with the Paige and Wallis while Stephen, Tyler and John met and chilled with Crissy, Amy, Hannah, Rachael and Stacey. Paige, Wallis and I went up to see if the 'Deck party' was hopping yet, but it wasn't. In fact it was too cold and windy and no one was really around, but we met up with the other guys talking to the girls. I sat down and joined them for a little. Then the guys and I left for the top deck to check out the incredible 40-50 mph winds on the top deck of the boat. one of our hats almost blew away and Tyler decided that he would lay down and make snow angels on the track. Then we went to the verry front of the boat and got even more ruled.
Stephen, Tyler and Stacy went to the Karaoke show and actually went on stage to sing. Under the band name 'The most awsomest band ever' they performed 'Devil went down to Georgia'. Stephen had some trouble with the lines, but he made up for it by performing a powerful rendition of the robot during an instrumental phase of the song. Then they all attempted the dose-do at the end and got the mic cables all tangled up.
I missed the singing, but showed up there later as everyone from Tyler's group was just chilln' John wasn't there, and I don't know where he ran off to, probably to Kaleidoscope.
I was able to order the 'cookie and brownie sampler' which I dominated with the help of Paige and Wallis.
After that full day, we all crashed for the evening.
